Who are we

Manari Consulting is a legally independent consulting company in the fields of process analysis and optimisation, operational planning, hospital and medical planning, logistics concepts, profitability analyses as well as process and workflow simulations and data evaluations.

With result-oriented professional project management, we give our clients a head start. True to this philosophy, we solve today's known and tomorrow's unknown challenges. Through our honest advice, many years of expertise and a lean, efficient organisation, we create added value as a partner in every project.

Ursula Keller

I am a determined, analytical and dedicated person who combines far-sighted conception with pragmatic implementation. I look at challenges from an innovative, interconnected perspective and find needs-oriented, implementable solutions. My goal is to implement concrete, noticeable improvements that achieve a long-term impact and thus inspire clients.

 

Career:

- Since February 2023: Founder and owner of Manari Consulting and Manari Training

- 2019 – 2022: Manager at PMO Keller AG

- 2016 – 2019: Business Manager (Associate Director) at UBS AG in Zurich and London

- 30+ projects (operational basics for new buildings and conversions as well as reorganisations,

    hospital and laboratory planning, feasibility studies, process optimisation, flow of goods simulations, etc.).

- 20+ clients (university hospitals, regional hospitals and clinics, private clinics, psychiatric clinics,

   nursing homes, medical laboratories etc. )

Process analyses &
Process optimizations

A strategic process analysis forms the basis for process optimisation.

We analyse existing structures and processes using methods and tools appropriate to the situation, break them down into their individual parts in order to gain a holistic understanding of the process, identify potential weak points and name specific need for action and possible improvement possibilities.

Together with the results of the process analysis, the naming of concrete improvement potentials, it is possible to sustainably improve the value chain and ultimately the company's profit.

Operational concepts &
Lean Management

We understand operational concepts, also called operational process planning, as the development of the necessary prerequisites for a prosperous value chain.

The operational concept is based on the main elements of a business model:

The operational concept is created with a view to the principle of making the entire value chain efficient by avoiding waste.

 

The main focus is on achieving high customer value at minimal total cost.

Based on the analysis of today's performance figures, their extrapolation per performance unit into the future as well as the operational concept, we develop a performance-based and process-optimised room programme.

Together with the performance-based room and functional programme, the operational concept form the basis for the architectural planning and design of excellent buildings with optimally functioning value creation units; whether in hospital and laboratory construction or also for service and production companies.

Hospital planning &
Medical technology planning

Efficient hospital planning, also called operational process planning or medical technology planning, not only optimizes operational processes and costs and ensures compliance with quality requirements, but also focuses on patients and employees. Patient satisfaction as well as safety, atmosphere and user-friendliness play a major role in the planning for hospitals, clinics and laboratories.

 

We advise on all hospital planning aspects, be it the optimization of internal hospital operations, the establishment of a patient-friendly outpatient clinic, the equipping of an operating room, procurement projects in medical technology, etc. If requested by the customer, we base our planning on the results of our in-house process simulations and data evaluations.

Data evaluations

We design, implement and perform large complex simulations, for example for

• Pneumatic tube systems

• Elevator systems or

• intralogistics processes;

both within a hospital or laboratory setting or for service and production companies.

We develop our own tools for the analysis of large and complex data sets in the 10 area.
