Many financial institutions face the challenge of ensuring wealth retention across generations. For Julius Bär, this project aimed to strengthen cross-generational wealth transfer by equipping clients and their families with the knowledge and tools to navigate financial transitions confidently.

Our Approach

We designed and delivered an interactive and engaging education series for Julius Bär's existing clients and their families. This initiative served as a catalyst for meaningful conversations—both within families and between clients and their relationship managers.

Key elements of our approach included:
  • Tailored content & workshops: Designed to engage women and next-generation clients (18-30 years old).
  • Scalability & adaptability: The program served as a blueprint for expansion across various (sub-)regions.
  • Targeted regional rollout: Initially implemented in Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg.

Results

Successfully launched a 5-module interactive education series in Germany and Austria. Created a dynamic and engaging learning experience tailored to the needs of next-gen wealth holders.
Collaborated with Finelles GmbH to bring this project to life with expertise and innovation.

This initiative has laid the groundwork for future expansions, reinforcing the importance of financial literacy in securing long-term wealth preservation.
